What are the commonly used raw materials

　　Commonly used are low carbon steel, aluminum, copper and other strip material, in addition to stainless steel, titanium metal, composite metal strip. The thickness of carbon steel strip is 0.15 ~ 3.2mm, and that of hot rolled strip is 1.2 ~ 25.4mm. The thickness of the aluminum plate is 0.13 ~ 25.4mm. It is reported that many countries have been able to produce up to 32mm thick cold-formed steel sections. The width of the raw material is determined according to the length of the section expansion of the finished product. The sheet and strip are cut into the forming machine by the slitting machine, and then the forming roller is bent into the required shape of the finished product by a pair of relative rotation.
